President-Elect Letter

Posted by [email protected] on Oct. 31, 2022  /   0

As we look ahead to what’s in store for 2023, the Board and I are excited for the opportunity to provide both in-person as well as virtual sessions for advancing knowledge, skills, and relationships with the wonderful champions of healthcare and leadership that you all are!

For those of you working towards your Fellow, the ACHE Industry “Gold Standard” Healthcare Leadership Credential, I am excited that the Programming Committee has been approved by National to offer both in-person and virtual F2F credited events in 2023. And to further assist you towards the honored FACHE credential, the Career Advancement committee has great plans to offer BOG FACHE Study Groups, Grants and other activities to help you in your career advancement endeavors. So keep working towards this and we are looking forward to celebrating your achievement!

Speaking of Committees, if you are interested in participating on a committee (which is a great way to get to know others in the chapter and to hone your leadership skills), please send an email to [email protected] and our Vice President, Brian Raybourne, will get you plugged in.

Also, our partnerships with the Nashville Health Care Council/Leadership Health Care, TN HIMSS, TN HFMA, and TN MGMA are strong and I am looking forward to deepening these relationships and co-hosting opportunities in 2023, so stay tuned!

And with the recent completion of the recent Board Elections, a special thanks to Vikram Bollu, the rest of the Board (shown below) and committee volunteers for all the energy put into making our transition back to in-person events a big success! As we head into the holiday season, I hope you all get to spend wonderful time with your friends and family and can also attend our Holiday celebration on December 8th, hope to see you there!

It has been great to see many of you in person over the last couple of months, best wishes and looking forward to seeing you all soon,

Jon Puncochar, FACHE

President-Elect, ACHE of Middle TN

AVP, Lifepoint Health
